We process refunds promptly after receiving the cancellation or returned product.  But Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to stop the shipment due to international shipping policies. Returns will be accepted once the product is received, and a full refund will be processed upon its return. There are no additional fees for returns or cancellations. The full amount paid will be refunded directly to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note, alternative payment methods cannot be used to receive refunds.
