Return Policy

If you wish to return an item, you may submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, return requests cannot be accepted after this period, including for damaged items reported beyond the return window.

Once your return request has been approved, a courier or collection agent may be arranged to inspect and collect the item from your address.

Please note that returns may be refused if:

• The product is physically damaged, used, or not in a returnable condition.
• The returned item does not match the original product delivered.
• The seal has been opened or broken on grocery, food, or other perishable products.

After the returned item has been received and inspected by Yamuna Desi Store, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take approximately 4–7 business days to appear in your account.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations can no longer be accepted.

If your cancellation request is made before dispatch, we will begin the refund process immediately, and the full order amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

There is no need to provide additional information when requesting a cancellation before shipment. However, once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
