We process refunds promptly once a cancellation is confirmed or a returned product has been received and inspected. However, due to international shipping policies, orders that have already been dispatched cannot be stopped or recalled while in transit. In such cases, customers may still return the product after delivery, and a full refund will be issued once the item is returned to Yamuna Desi Store.

There are no additional charges for approved returns or cancellations. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For security and payment compliance reasons, refunds cannot be transferred to an alternative payment method or bank account.
