You can use indigo in either a one-step or two-step process to create a range of colour s, such as brown, dark brown, and black. It provides a beautiful, natural colour to hair without relying on harsh chemicals. Furthermore, indigo acts as a coolant, which helps calm the scalp and revitalize your hair.
Instructions: For black tones, use a two-step method: start with 100% henna, then follow with 100% indigo. If you want a reddish-brown colour , blend 75% henna with 25% indigo. For standard brown shades, mix equal parts of 50% henna and 50% indigo. To achieve dark brown tones, use a mixture consisting of 75% indigo and 25% henna.
Start by applying henna paste to create a bright red base for your hair. Afterward, apply indigo to your clean, henna-treated hair to obtain a deep, rich black colour .
