Hello! I am Reshampatti Chilli Powder, known for my potent heat and diverse culinary uses. Harvested straight from Andhra Pradesh farms, my authentic, high-quality, sun-dried, and pure indigenous Reshampatti chillis are celebrated for their bold flavour and powerful spice level, which ranges between 35,000 and 45,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU). These chillis are becoming a favourite in many Indian dishes that require a noticeable punch. Following the harvest, the chillis are brought to our facility for rigorous cleaning and processing. They are subsequently milled into a textured powder using state-of-the-art micro pulverisers and hammer crushers. Finally, the powder is mixed in an automatic GMP blender to achieve an ideal consistency and texture.
