RECIPE: MATTAR PANEER
Lightly saute 1 chopped onion, 2 green chilli es, 2 garlic cloves, 5 cashews, 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of Everest Kasuri Methi, and 1 inch of ginger in 1 tablespoon of oil. Add 1/2 cup of water, allow it to soak for 30 minutes, and then process into a smooth paste. Cook this paste in 3 tablespoons of ghee for 3 minutes. Mix in 2 pureed tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon of Everest Turmeric Powder, and 2 teaspoons of Everest Kitchen King. Fold in 1 cup of boiled peas and cook until the ghee begins to separate. Pour in 1/2 cup of water and add 250 grams of fried paneer, then simmer for another 5 minutes.
