Our A2 Cow Desi Ghee, packaged in a 500ml bottle, is sourced from the milk of Tharparkar cows, a breed native to the Thar Desert. These grass-fed cows are not subjected to factory farming and are free from cross-breeding practices. In contrast to the majority of ghees on the market, our desi ghee is crafted from curd rather than cream. The process begins with boiling raw, unprocessed A2 cow milk, which is then transformed into curd in a clay pot. The curd is subsequently hand-churned from the boiled milk to preserve its nutrients. The final step involves separating the butter to create the ghee. This Indian ghee is bottled in glass and boasts a shelf life of two years from the manufacturing date. The A2 milk used in this organic ghee is rich in beta-casein protein and packed with essential nutrients, including calcium, iron, sodium, fat-soluble vitamins A, D, and E, as well as Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids.
