Procedure for Achieving Black Hair colour:
1. Start by coating your hair with pure Henna and leaving it on for 3 to 4 hours. You should use a shower cap to avoid any dripping.
2. Do not use a hair dryer to speed up the Henna drying time.
3. Completely wash the Henna out of your hair using water.
4. Wait 6 to 12 hours after rinsing before you apply the Indigo Paste.
5. Create a new Indigo Paste by blending 95% Indigo Powder with 5% Henna or Aloe Vera Powder (Aloe Vera serves as a suitable alternative to Henna). The Henna or Aloe Vera is only added to ensure the mixture has a smooth, workable consistency, as Indigo powder does not form a paste on its own.
6. Apply the Indigo Paste to your hair right away. Leave it on for 30 minutes, then rinse it out.
7. Within a few hours, your hair will darken to a black colour.
