- EASY ONE-STEP PROCESS FOR BLACK HAIR – Create a paste by mixing two tablespoons of Mehendi/Henna powder with water, then let it rest for 12 hours to establish a brown base. Once that time has passed, stir in four tablespoons of Indigo powder along with a splash of warm water. Put the blend onto your hair and keep it there for 2 to 4 hours. Wash out completely using water only; do not use shampoo.
- TWO-STEP METHOD: A) For pure BLACK tones, apply 100% henna first, then follow up with a second application of 100% indigo. B) For a REDDISH BROWN Colour , mix 75% henna with 25% indigo. C) For a classic BROWN shade, create a blend of 50% indigo and 50% henna. D) For a DARK BROWN result, combine 75% indigo with 25% henna.
