Our Energise Ayurveda blend merges the invigorating qualities of Assam black tea with the herbal properties of tulsi, or holy basil. The black tea provides a strong, deep, and rich flavour, balanced by the subtle, liquorice-like sweetness of the tulsi. To prepare, boil water briskly and pour it into a cup, using one tea bag per cup. Let the leaves steep for 4-5 minutes to reach optimal strength and taste. After sweetening as desired and removing the tea bag, enjoy your tea. When brewing in a teapot, use 2-3 tea bags for every 0.75 litres (24 oz) of hot water. For an ideal brewing experience, we suggest using our tempered glass or gooseneck steel teapots.
