Monsooned Malabar: As is the case with so many extraordinary discoveries, this one-of-a-kind Indian coffee came about by chance! Back when coffee was shipped from India to Britain on wooden ships, the raw beans were exposed to the south-west monsoon for over three months. This extended duration caused the beans to soak up significant moisture, swelling to double their original size and fundamentally changing their flavour characteristics. Mishta utilises the ideal, just-right blend of Monsooned Malabar.
